Grove Racing Prepares for Intense Battle at Hankook 24H Portimão

With the Hankook 24H Portimão set to begin tomorrow from May 10 to 12, the excitement at Grove Racing is undeniable. As the third leg of the 24H SERIES powered by Hankook championship, the upcoming race promises a stimulating showdown at Portugal's Autódromo Internacional do Algarve racetrack, drawing a diverse array of talent from around the globe.

The sixth edition of the Autodromo do Algarve’s 24-hour endurance challenge has attracted nearly 90 drivers representing 19 different nationalities, including reigning and former 24H SERIES champions, as well as class winners. Six teams will go head-to-head, and Grove Racing is set to leave their mark.

The lineup of Grove Racing features drivers Brenton Grove, Stephen Grove, rising star Matt Payne from Penrite Racing, and the experienced Supercars veteran Garth Tander, all driven by a hunger for success. Despite encountering challenges in Dubai, Grove Racing stays focused. Armed with their Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO, they arrive at Portimão prepared to showcase their expertise and determination on the demanding circuit.

Portimao's track, renowned for its challenging layout characterised by undulating terrain and tricky corners, presents a genuine test for all competitors. Coupled with the sweltering weather typical of the Algarve region, the conditions add another layer of complexity to the race. However, Grove Racing is embracing these challenges head-on. Fully aware of the obstacles that await them, they are determined to rise to the occasion and deliver a strong performance.
